YOU MIGHT WANT TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER SETTLING THIS OUT OF COURT... Dear Ehigie, Eugene, Jack and Allen:
I wish to resolve what now appears to be an extremely embarrassing situation for all of you, but before I offer
any solutions, allow me to present the facts, with accompanying proof of same: Facts Regarding Allen E. Kaye: 1. You
knowingly and fraudulently notarized (or had notarized) Ehigie's I-130 application with
the falsified name "Godwin E. Uzamere"; 2. You offered your services to my husband as "Ehigie Edobor Uzamere/DOB:
12/31/60" when he applied for IR21 residence through his sister-in-law
Ethel (not stepmother); 3. You fraudulently offered your services to my husband as "Godwin
E. Uzamere/DOB: 6/1/55" for sponsorship via marriage after Ehigie applied for IR2 benefits through Ethel; 4. You
helped Ehigie apply for residence through "stepmother" Ethel" after revocation of IR2 sponsorship
and marriage sponsorship that Ehigie falsely obtained through your office. Facts Regarding Jack Gladstein: 1. You
sent a letter to me with the falsified name my husband used to marry me; 2. You refused to provide me with proof of
my husband's identity; 3. You never made any attempt to respond to the summons, complaint, request for preliminary
conference or any other document concerned with exposing my husband's identity. Facts Regarding Eugene Uzamere: 1. You
prepared a falsified affirmation and falsified exhibits; 2. You presented Ehigie's falsified affirmation and falsified
exhibits to the court on October 7, 2008, thereby committing perjury and subornation of perjury; 3. You made statements in
open court in an attempt to corroborate the falsified affirmation and exhibits you presented to the court on November
13, 2008; thereby committing perjury. Facts Regarding Ehigie Uzamere: 1. You applied for IR2 residence
through Ethel pretending to be stepmother; retained Allen Kaye as "Ehigie Uzamere"; 2. You applied for residence through marriage
to me; retained Allen Kaye; 3. You entered the U.S. 1/80 as a lawful permanent resident; 4. Your IR2 residence was revoked as
fraudulent after discovery of your marriage to me; I later revoked my sponsorship on August 12, 1980. All of you are now, borrowing the ghetto parlance, "assed-out
with no tissue," that is, your crimes are embarrassingly exposed to the world and everyone can see the
dirty things you did to me and my helpless children. Is this the way you want to walk into the courtroom -- with
no defense, and with the looming possibility that my children, now adults, are also primed to sue you?
Since none of you have anything to use against me, or my children, I have all of you by the balls in a viselike grip
-- with no chance of release in sight. However, making you all look stupid (which you do) does not pay my bills, nor
does it put a period at a chapter of my life that I wish to end. I want a life that does not include any of you losers,
so I am amenable to settling. I want $20,000,000.00 dollars
-- one payment -- immediately. I am sure that your law firms had the good sense to carry some form of malpractice
insurance. If you pay it immediately, all of this ends -- the website, the negative (but true) publicity, the contacting
of federal and state agencies and all court actions -- all end. However, if you do not comply, I will show the
judge handling my lawsuit this letter. I will add Ehigie to the lawsuit. I will amend the lawsuit to include
conspiracy since all of you now know everything -- there are no longer any secrets. I will submit every piece of information
that I received from Rachel McCarthy of the USCIS in Vermont and Eugenia Cowles of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Vermont
regarding Robert Juceam's statement regarding Allen Kaye's involvement with my husband. I will subpoena Allen
Kaye's records to find out if there are other American citizens who used Mr. Kaye's office to sponsor foreigners and
were then abandoned. And then I will go public -- even if it means standing with a microphone in front of City Hall
and embarrassing Mr. Bloomberg for his administration's involvement in aiding and abetting your crimes.
I welcome any suggestions you wish to make regarding settling this dangerously embarrassing and career-ending situation
that resulted in the degradation of who you believe to be a stupid schvartze who would never figure out what the hell
you were doing to her. Warning:
Never again rationalize that Black Americans are stupid and so socially worthless that it is okay to screw them
over. As you can see, nearly 30 years later, that dumb rationalization has come back to bite you on your behind with
a vengeance. If you walk out of this situation
with one-quarter of your cojones, count yourself lucky, you racists. My plan is to take all
