Dear
Sir/Madam:
On November 17, 2008 I
submitted a request to proceed informa pauperis and a lawsuit to the Federal Court Southern District of New York. It
has been a month since I submitted the documents and I have not yet heard from anyone.
While I understand that each federal court deal with hundreds, if not
thousands of requests for permission to proceed as a poor person, I fear that the subject matter of my lawsuit and the 29
years of New York City's and New York State's corruption, interference, religiously-oriented racism and dogged determination
to prevent any court me from hearing and judging my complaints against them has the ability of also corrupting members of
the federal judiciary.
Is there some
way that your office can contact Chief Judge Kimba Wood or Clerk of Court McMahon to ensure that my lawsuit has not somehow
been “accidentally misplaced” or in some other manner filed in a way that it will never be seen?
I am sorry to have to impute such ill motives
to New York Southern District's federal judiciary, but considering the 29 years of religious racism and governmental interference
associated with the filing of my complaint, it would not be intelligent for me to presume that it cannot happen in federal
court.
While it is not your
responsibility to adjudge the merits of my lawsuit, if you wish to apprise yourself of the details of my sad experience please

Thank you
for taking time out of your busy schedule to review this correspondence.
Respectfully,
Cheryl D. Uzamere
