Kaye, Harvey Shapiro and notary public facilitated the immigration fraud and identity fraud of my ex-husband, Ehigie Edobor Uzamere by putting the following false information “Godwin E. Uzamere”, date of birth June 1, 1955 on the I-130 immediate relative sponsorship form that I was tricked into signing. Exhibit B shows is the Intelius.com search report that shows that there has never been a “Godwin Uzamere” anywhere in the United States. Exhibit C shows the unauthenticated, unnotarized affidavit that my ex-husband's attorney presented to the court, pretending to be “Godwin Uzamere.” Exhibit D shows Judge Sunshine's decision recognizing Ehigie Edobor Uzamere as my husband. Exhibit E shows U.S. Citizenship and Immigration's acknowledgment that my ex-husband's name is Ehigie E. Uzamere. On July 17, 2009, I filed a lawsuit for fraud against corrupt attorneys Allen E. Kaye, Harvey Shapiro, Bernard J. Rostanski and Jack Gladstein (Jack sent me a letter with the fake name my ex-husband used dated October 1, 2003). Please note: these lawyers are Jewish.
