you that I have a pending federal action against the State of New York and the City of New York. You may view the lawsuit

I kindly ask you to take my complaint seriously. On January 28, 2008, I faxed
the attached document to the attention of John Vecchione, Esq. My complaint concerns criminal acts committed against me by
Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro, the two immigration attorneys who aided and abetted my husband's acts of immigration
and identity fraud. Following this page please find verifiable proof of my allegations against the two attorneys. I believe that John Vecchione and Jeffrey Ferguson were ordered by Amy Feinstein not to investigate
Allen Kaye and Harvey Shapiro, because like her, they are both Jewish, and in Talmudic/Judaic culture, it is prohibited for
Jews to report the wrongdoing of other Jews to non-Jewish authorities (see attached). It
would be very stupid for your agency to ignore me to the point where I felt the need to reenact the violent exploits of the
Amistad Africans' against those whites bigots who were too arrogant to listen to them. “He who does not hear, must feel.” If you do not want this expression to apply to you, please investigate

Ms. Feinstein: Attached please find evidence of acts
identity fraud that were committed by Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro, two immigration attorneys who have offices in New
York County. On or around November 30, 1979, these attorneys helped the defendant, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere of Nigeria,
complete an I-130 immigration form with the fraudulent information “Godwin Ehigie Uzamere, date of birth, June 1, 1955”
for IR1/marriage sponsorship benefits in a bid to circumvent their client's 1st request for permanent residence as an
IR2 beneficiary (IR2 = minor/unmarried, less than 21 years of age). I am a pro se litigant, litigating a divorce action against the aforementioned defendant. The judge in the divorce
action, the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sunshine has admitted that there is a question with regard to the defendant's identity,
thus necessitating a criminal investigation to determine which of the litigants has committed perjury. Although Allen Kaye and Harvey Shapiro have displayed great recalcitrance in openly providing
the judge handling my divorce with current documentation regarding my husband's identity, the information that they provided,
as well as the information provided by all other individuals who are associated with the attached exhibits are quite easy

If your office does not investigate my allegations, I will stage acts of non-violent, civil disobedience. Please
do not challenge my will where resolution of this situation is concerned. I have already been charged with simple assault
in connection with this situation by the federal government. I am not afraid to do it again if doing so means the chance of

attorneys' acts of identity fraud for almost 30 years. Because Allen and Harvey aided and abetted their client's identity
fraud, I never obtained child or spousal support. I am now faced with the great possibility – based on what I believe
to be Judge Sunshine's biased leanings, to be charged with perjury, serious mental disturbance (more than likely), and
the dismissal of my divorce action because no one wishes to criminally investigate my allegations even though I have produced
irrefutable proof of my allegations. I warn you: If you do not help me, I will
