The world-renowned Greek philosopher Aristotle is credited with the famous phrase: "the law is reason, free
from passion."
While the statement "free from passion" can be debated, one thing is certain: that the application of law and its
enforcement must be based on that which is legally reasonable, sound, and never reliant on the unbridled use of unreasoning
passion to raise the ire of those responsible for meting out justice.
Sadly, this principle was not on the mind of Eugene
Uzamere when he submitted his clownisly written affirmation, replete with amateurishly photocopied, falsely notarized
exhibits and unsubstantiated, defamatory drivel which he passed off to the court as a legal document. For
every statement that Eugene made in his false affirmation, he has produced no proof. There is nothing he submitted
in his clownish affirmation that a judge could legally consider because courts can only rule on fact and law -- not the unreasoning
passion associated with defamation of a litigant's character.
However, what did I provide the court? A well-written
affidavit, complete with proof -- notarized in the United States. More importantly, I challenge the defendant Senator
Uzamere, his imaginary "Cousin Godwin" and Eugene Uzamere to do the following:
♦ Have Senator Uzamere and his imaginary "Cousin Godwin"
submit to a DNA test in person. Tara is willing to accommodate this request.
♦ Have Senator Uzamere and the imaginary "Cousin Godwin" submit their current
identification for the court's scrutiny.
♦
Have Senator Uzamere and the imaginary "Cousin Godwin" come to court in person.
♦ Have Senator Uzamere submit his immigration records for judicial scrutiny.
♦ Have the imaginary "Cousin Godwin" submit his immigration
records for judicial scrutiny.
♦ Have Senator Uzamere's immigration
attorney Allen E. Kaye, Esq. submit himself for questioning.
♦ Have the imaginary "Cousin Godwin's" immigration attorney Bozo E. Clown, Esq. of Stupid
Liars and Associates, uh, sorry, Stupendous Lawyers and Associates submit himself for questioning.
♦ If Senator Uzamere loses this case based on default (and he
will), he, Eugene and imaginary "Cousin Godwin" can appeal the default by providing the information stated above
to the Appellate Court at 45 Monroe Street.
I made a very interesting statement in paragraph 21 of my Affidavit
in Support of my Motion for Default and Money Judgment. I said: "...that continued adjournments in favor
of the Defendant for the sole purpose of allowing the Defendant to submit blatantly false documents, frivolous defamatory
statements that Defendant desires to pass off as a 'counter-affidavit', requests for dismissals that are not
based in law or fact and other requests by the Defendant are nothing more than thinly veiled attempts to inflame this Court's
ire and use it against me as a weapon..."
Yes, Senator Uzame and his nephew Eugene know that they
have no defense against me; therefore they have resorted to very girlish, sissified name-calling -- void of reason but replete
with unbridled, wicked, hateful passion for the sole purpose of raising the court's ire to rule against me.
Will
Judge Sunshine adhere to Aristotle's famous statement and render a judgment that is legally based in "reason,
free from passion?"
I pray to Jehovah that this will be the case.
