Senator Uzamere's
Attempts to Hide His Crimes Will Eventually Fail
On January 21, 2008, the Nigerian Muse quoted a rather interesting statement made by Senator Uzamere:
“Well, I think he has done the right thing rather than waiting to be declared as a fugitive. Nobody is above the law,
it is the law that is going to determine whether he is guilty or not." True to Senator Uzamere's statement,
the Bible makes a statement that buttresses Senator Uzamere's prophetic statement in Galatians 6:7: "Do not
be misled. God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a man is sowing, this he shall also reap."
Senator Uzamere flippantly made that prophetic statement about fellow corrupt
politician ex-governor Lucky Igbinedion, refusing to believe that one day the senator's own arrogance would
place him on the receiving end of it. Although Senator Uzamere ran off like a fugitive and left me pregnant and
penniless, and although he has managed to enlist the help of various corrupt attorneys to facilitate his fugitivity,
his day of reckoning with the force of justice has always been as inevitable as the force of gravity. While Senator
Uzamere managed to enlist the help of individuals within federal, state, municipal agencies and even the Nigerian
government itself, the consequences described in Galatians 6:7 were always behind him, waiting for the right moment
to erect an insurmountable legal and moral wall into which Senator Uzamere has blindly collided.
For 28 years it was impossible for me to obtain any information regarding Senator Uzamere. His misuse of the
fictitious name "Godwin", the fictitious birthday June 1, 1955 and the fictitious social security number 099-20-2291
helped him to avoid financially supporting his daughter for her entire life.
Since 2004, my cries for justice have led to forced psychiatric hospitalizations, confrontations with police officers,
various legal battles, run-ins with judges, legal research and document preparation and several letters of complaints
to various governmental agencies. Even the websites that I orignally created to tell the public about the crimes that
Senator Uzamere committed against me and our daughter were removed. But eventually the Almighty God blessed me
with a chance to obtain the information I need from the federal government and the opportunity to again use the power of the
internet to finally bring Senator Uzamere to justice.
I have been
blessed to finally find governmental employees to help me get one more day closer to bringing my husband to justice.
The Honorable Eric Prus, the judge handling my action for divorce, gave me six months to consolidate Senator Uzamere's
real name "Ehigie" with the fake name "Godwin." Another employee who works for the U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services, found out through TANF's New York State Child Support Office that Senator Uzamere never
paid child support under his fake name or his real name.1
Both the state and federal agencies are now investigating. Additionally, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration's
National Record Center sent me a letter in which my request for the form I signed to sponsor my husband (Form I-130) will
eventually be granted under the Federal Freedom of Information Act.
Lycos, the internet company that took down the website showing my husband's bigamous marrage, finally told Marcia
Ann of the Massachusetts' Attorney General's Consumer Assistance Program that my site was removed because I showed
a photo of a black man who was lynched by white men. Google/YouTube, Inc., the other internet company that
took down the website showing Senator Uzamere's bigamy has not yet given an excuse as to why my websites
were removed, but I am sure that once I contact the Federal Trade Commision, it will give a response.
I believe that John Idehen of Edo Radio, acting on the behest of Senator Uzamere, had the damning
video removed, along with all my other websites. While I cannot prove this to be true, Emmanuel Asiwe of Huhu Online
told me that John Idehen had the sites removed and order him not to use the video for the story regarding Senator Uzamere's
crimes against me and our daughter(http://www.huhuonline.com/news126.html). He explained that John Idehen used copyright infringement as the reason for his complaint. Additionally,
the video in which Senator Uzamere flaunts his bigamous marriage has been conspicuously removed from the Edo Radio
website as well (http://www.edoradio.com/page/page/4897359.htm).
According to Title 17 U.S.C. (Chapter 1) §107 of
the federal copyright law (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap1.html#107), there are certain circumstances when copyrighted material can be used without fear of being charged with copyright infringement. The
law states: "Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means
specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for
classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work
in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include — (1) the purpose
and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes; (2)
the nature of the copyrighted work; (3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted
work as a whole; and (4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. The
fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all
the above factors.
I am sure that, considering all possible
circumstances, no court in their right mind will hold the allegation of copyright infringement against me since the
video I obtained from Edo Radio shows Senator Uzamere engaged in the crimes of identity fraud and bigamy.
Many individuals would give up after having suffered through so much. But I cannot give up. I believe in God.
I believe in justice. And I am the mother of Senator Uzamere's first-born child. The fact is, Senator Uzamere
should be grateful and honored that the mother of his first-born child has the courage and strength to fight to ensure that
the child that he has refused to care for has a mother who will fight to the death to protect her.
It is shameful that Senator Uzamere himself does not have the moral fortitude to fight to the death for his own daughter's
survival. What type of diabolic monster abandons God's gift of a child?
Ask Senator Uzamere. He knows the answer.

during the African American Holocaust (see http://www.africandiasporalenterprises.com/themaafa).
