It seems that my husband, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere has managed to pay off another greedy individual willing to hide
Senator Uzamere's crimes of immigration fraud and identity fraud.
What will Judge Sunshine do with
the Defendant's and his attorney's falsified statements?
Following in the footsteps
of dishonest legal predecessor Judge Eric I. Prus, it appears that Judge Sunshine has refused to following the wording
in the divorce summons that says "YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to serve a notice of appearance on the Plaintiff OR Plaintiff’s Attorney within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons, exclusive
of the day of service, or within thirty (30) days after the service is completed (if this Summons is not personally delivered
to you within the State of New York); and in case of your failure to appear, judgment will be taken against you by default
for the relief demanded in the notice set forth below."
New York State law requires
that judges declare that defendants have defaulted if defendants do not provide an answer or a response to
a summons and complaint or summons with notice in a specified amount of time -- generally 30 days. New York State
Domestic Relations Law also provides appellate judges with the ability to overturn default judgments if defendants provide
good cause why a default judgment should be overturned. Generally speaking however, once 30 days have passed and
a defendant has not responded, the default judgment must be made and it must stand.
Will Judge Sunshine's follow in the footsteps
of his corrupt judicial predecessor? Will he accept Eugene Uzamere's ridiculous and false affirmation and
the even more ridiculously defamatory "counter-affidavit" concocted by the Defendant's imaginary "cousin?"
Will Judge Sunshine attempt to allow Kate Ezomo's falsely notarized statements in his hallowed court of justice?

It appears that Kate Ezomo has allowed the lure of Senator Uzamere's
money to notarize his false statements. Married to Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere's cousin Godwin Ehigie
Uzamere??? How stupid is she??? More specifically, how greedy is she??? Mrs. Ezomo knows that Senator Uzamere
has no cousin with the same name. She lives in Edo State with the rest of the Uzamere family. Furthermore, she
knows that no "Cousin Godwin" ever approached her and told her that he was my husband.
Kate Ezomo -- another
diabolical individual determined to help Senator Uzamere deprive me and the child of the marriage to the money to which we
are entitled.
But Jehovah my God is strong. Justice is Jehovah's domain -- not man's. It is only a matter of time
before Senator Uzamere and his wicked cohorts are brought to justice.
In the meantime, Kate Ezomo should avail herself of Nigeria's
Criminal Code Act since I plan to file a lawsuit against her in the United States for the damage she inflicted by notarizing
the set of ridiculously false statements that Eugene Uzamere presented to Judge Sunshine on behalf of Senator Uzamere.
