Kaye; Violation of 1st Amendment

With regard to the subject federal lawsuit,
this is to inform you that I will file a subpoena to require your presence and the presence of the following individuals:

In Count Two
of the lawsuit I allege that the defendants have violated the 1st Amendment's prohibition with regard to the non-enforcement
of a government-sponsored religion. Based on http://www.come-hear.com/editor/america_1.html, it appears that many Orthodox Jews believe that the United States governnment has
slowly started embracing Judaism and the Talmud as “America's New Government Church.”
Below please find pages of Jewish literature that advocates Talmudic doctrine that violates the
U.S. and state laws:
1) Judaism's prohibition
of being a “moser”, that is, reporting the crimes of fellow Jews (violates Title 18 U.S.C §4, misprision
of felony);
2) Talmud's tractate Baba Kamma
113a that advises Jews to use deceit against non-Jews in legal settings (violates 14th Amendment);
3) Judaism's tolerance of homosexual relations between children less than 9 years of
age and adults (violates U.S. and state laws regarding pedophilia, child pornography, etc.);
4) Jewish law is not based on “Equal Justice for All” (violates of 14th Amendment);
5) Jewish belief that “America is Rapidly Becoming Talmudized”
(violation of 1st Amendment);
6) Talmudic doctrine
that Gentile property belongs to Jews (violates 5th Amendment);
7) Babylonian Talmud, tractate Sanhedrin 108b's belief that black skin is the sign of a curse (violates 14th
Amendment; all of the above violate the 1st Amendment).
My children and I were originally made victims of Allen Kaye's crimes when he aided and
abetted my husband's act of identity fraud. Allen Kaye's misprision of my husband's act of identity fraud and
his notarizaing my husband's completed I-130 form with false information enabled my husband to use his false identity
to commit bigamy until the present time; it helped my husband to avoid paying child and spousal support until the present
time and to falsify other government documents. Irrefutable proof of my allegations can be found at http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere.com/dept_disc_cmte.html. The aforesaid web page also contains the names of those individuals who can confirm
that I am telling the truth.
For nearly 30 years I have
attempted to report my husband's and Allen Kaye's felonies to government agencies. However, based on my nearly 30
years of failures, I believe that it is virtually impossible for an African American to obtain justice when he/she has been
victimized by a Jew and the complaint is filed with a governmental or non-government agency with even one Jew in a position
of authority. Furthermore, save for an act of violence, it is virtually impossible for an African American plaintiff to obtain
justice when both the defendant and the judge are Jews.
African
American civil rights and religious leaders' refusal to assist me in prosecuting Allen Kaye for federal felonies that
have prevented me from obtaining money to feed my babies, as well as Judge Sunshine's unnecessary adjournments
in the divorce action when the defendant – Allen Kaye's client Senator Ehigie Uzamere has never answered the complaint
nor appeared in court is proof that the Talmud's prohibition for Jews not to report the crimes of fellow Jews to non-Jewish
authorities has illegally eclipsed the New York State Judiciary's constitutional obligations.
Whether my informa pauperis request is accepted to allow me to proceed in federal court,
or whether I have to file my complaint in a state court, know for a certainty that I will subpoena you and every individual
I have previously named. It would be to your advantage to familiarize yourself with case.
Please ensure that you contact at least some of the African American civil rights and religious
leaders I listed and explain to them why you and other Jews in positions of authority did nothing when I filed my complaint
against Allen Kaye, and why you and other Jews in positions of authority allowed me to go without legally mandated monies
so that I could feed my babies.
