Senator Uzamere's Outside Help
Law Office of
Gladstein & Messinger
Jack Gladstein, Esq. 118-21 Queens Boulevard Suite 615 Forest Hills, New York 11375 Tel.: (718) 793-7800 Fax: (718) 793-0524
The second legal entity with which I made an unfortunate acquaintance was
the law firm of Gladstein & Messinger. Mr. Jack Gladstein, the individual who claimed to be Senator Uzamere's divorce
attorney contacted me with a letter dated October 1, 2003, which was surprisingly poorly worded for a letter coming
from an attorney's office. Although I never had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Gladstein in person, Mr. Gladstein
was every bit as ambitious as the law firm of Allen Kaye to help my husband use a fictitious name to hide the life history
created under his real name.
In the first instance, in Mr. Gladstein's letter, he states that
the letter was sent by return receipt mail and first class mail. Since I never received any certified mail from him,
this statement is a lie. More importantly, Mr. Gladstein's greater lie was when he referred to my husband as "Godwin"
and not "Ehigie."
Since my husband graduated from Pratt Institute in 1983 using the name
"Ehigie Uzamere," it is doubtful that Ehigie has any United States or any other American state-issued identification
(other than his marriage license) with the name "Godwin." Additionally, it stands to reason that if Senator
Uzamere graduated using the name "Ehigie", in his search for employment as an architect he would have to use the
name "Ehigie" and register for state-issued identification using the name under which he received his college degree.
One could also safely surmise that the identification Mr. Gladstein received from Senator Uzamere and the check Senator Uzamere
used to retain Mr. Gladstein's services had the name "Ehigie" and not "Godwin."
Based
on the aforesaid information, it should therefore be readily apparent that Mr. Gladstein's use of the name "Godwin"
was in keeping with Senator Uzamere's desire to hide the life history, social security number, financial and employment
history created under the name "Ehigie Uzamere" from me and from the American judicial system to avoid possible
prosecution.
After I sent a letter of complaint to the Grievance/ Disciplinary Committee concerning
Mr. Gladstein's attempt to employ my husband's tactic of using a fictitious name to obtain a divorce
from me, Mr. Gladstein sent a letter stating that he would no longer represent my husband. While I have no
way of verifying the veracity of Mr. Gladstein's statement, it is enough to know that his apparent fear of being
exposed for engaging in some form of impropriety prompted him to back down.
Mr. Gladstein
is yet another example of an individual who circumvented the spirit of the law and acted as a willing cohort to help my husband,
Senator Ehigie Uzamere hide from the American wife he married in secret, the American-born daughter that he abandoned
after an unsuccessful bid to implement her abortion and most important, the American judicial system to avoid prosecution.
