be so kind as to review the attached correspondence. In addition, as part of your investigation of the aforementioned
subject, please ensure that the individuals listed in this fax furnish affirmations confirming or denying my rendition of
events as they pertain to the identity of Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere, a.k.a. “Godwin Uzamere”, “Godwin
E. Uzamere”, “Godwin Ehigie Uzamere”, Ehigie G. Uzamere”and “Ehigie Godwin Uzamere” and
their knowledge of Allen E. Kaye's involvement with Ehigie. If the parties do not cooperate, I will
amend my lawsuit to include conspiracy, since now everyone knows everything and I have enough proof to establish that I am
telling the truth. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Uzamere vs. Sunshine Your Honor: As a reminder
of your agency's statement to present my complaint to the Commission, I have attached the following documents for your
review:
1) Your agency's letter dated December 17, 2008. 2) Fraudulently notarized U.S. form
I-130 (relative sponsorship form) containing signature of Harvey Shapiro (not “Mark”) and name of my husband's
immigration attorney, Allen E. Kaye. 3) Letter to the Department Disciplinary Committee from Allen Kaye in which he states that “I
no longer have this file (if I ever had a file on this case) nor do I recall anything about this case.”
4) Page 3 of letter from Robert
E. Juceam to Rachel McCarthy of USCIS (re: Allen Kaye), in which he states that “...her husband obtained U.S. permanent
residence through his nuclear family, and not by marriage to Ms. Uzamere.”
Based on my review of the attached information, I was able to ascertain the following: 7) In December 1977, when
Ehigie was 16 years old and still a minor, Ehigie's sister-in-law Ethel Uzamere, posing as Ehigie's "stepmother"
applied for permanent residence based on IR2 provisions (as a minor/unmarried immigrant under age 21) using the
correct name "Ehigie Edobor Uzamere; retaining Allen E. Kaye as his immigration attorney.
8) On November 30,
1979, Ehigie retains Allen Kaye to apply for permanent residence based on his marriage to me using the fictitious name "Godwin E. Uzamere"
to circumvent the previous IR2 sponsorship; Mr. Kaye's subordinate Harvey Shapiro signs and has fraudulent I-130 form
notarized. 9)
On Wednesday, December 18, 1979, Ehigie leaves for Nigeria. 10) On January 28, 1980, Ehigie enters the port of New York, New York as a lawful permanent
resident. 11) U.S.
Immigration and Naturalization Service withdraws Ehigie's IR2 permanent residence status because Ehigie fraudulently
obtained it while he was married to me. 12) On August 12, 1980, I withdraw my sponsorship of Ehigie. 13) A year later, Ehigie applies for permanent residence using
Allen Kaye.
Since
this is what I intend to present to federal court if my case is accepted (or to the Supreme Court if it is not), I respectfully
ask that you elicit the participation of the following individuals who know or should know about the aforesaid events to ensure

Based on my limited knowledge of the law
and my having clearly established my husband's identity, it appears that the only decision that Judge Sunshine can make,
based on the defendant never having appeared is a declaration that my husband has defaulted, and to grant me money
judgment based on my right to receive the retroactive child and spousal support that I never received. Any other decision
in defiance of those rights will be met with my amended federal lawsuit. While complying with my request will in no way encourage me to drop the lawsuit against the named
defendants, not complying violates the ABA's Canon of Ethics and will not sit well with an honest federal judge –
or the public, who regularly views my website. To prevent yourself and your agency from being named in my pending federal
lawsuit, I respectfully ask that you comply with my request and to render a decision free from Talmudic, ethnocentric or any

your refusal to the court handling my lawsuit. While complying with my request will in no way encourage me to drop the lawsuit against the named
