New York City Human Resources/Department of Social Services were illegally influenced (bribed) by Nigerian senator Ehigie
Edobor Uzamere to ensure that he never paid child support for our daughter, Tara. You will
also find proof that, based on their due-process-violating decisions regarding Index 26332-2007 and Index 18012-2009,
New York State Supreme Court justices the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sunshine and the Honorable Arthur Schack have already committed
fraud on the court because they were illegally influenced (bribed) to adjudicate my actions to continue preventing me from
receiving retroactive spousal child support based on Senator Uzamere's successfully bribing government employees
to help him avoid paying spousal and child support to either the New York City Human Resources/Department of Social
Services or to me. I allege that every single judge at the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, 2nd Judicial Department has been illegally influenced to schedule the hearing of my oral argument and its adjudication in such a way that it will
render a decision based on Judge Sunshine's decision denying me spousal support, children support and equitable distribution
of the marital property based on employees of the New York City Human Resource Administration's having been illegally influenced
(bribed) to help Senator Uzamere avoid pay spousal and child support. Moreoever, I allege that Judge Sunshine, at the
behest of Senator Uzamere illegally influenced (bribed) Judge Schack to render a decision regarding my lawsuit for fraud
against white racists Allen E. Kaye, Harvey Shapiro, Bernard Rostanski and Jack Gladstein in a manner that would ensure that
financial liability is based on illegally-influenced employees of the New York City Human Resources Administration who
helped Senator Uzamere avoid paying child and spousal support. Furthermore, I believe
that Andrew Cuomo, Thomas A. Klonick, Judge A. Gail Prudenti, David Casone of Kings County D.A.'s
Charles Hynes' office and other members of New York State's judiciary and law enforcement agencies have blacklisted me, in violation of federal statutes that prohibit retaliation for whistleblowing, based on the document listed here: Kings County Family Court's dismissing my petition based on my “not
appearing”although I appeared (I was told by someone in Family Court's record room that Judge Palmer dismissed the action;
he is dead). New York City Human Resources Administration's inability
(refusal) to locate my husband for the purpose of commencing a child support action against him although I told NYCHRA that
my husband attended Pratt Institute (he received financial aid to go to school). New York State Family Court's inability (refusal) to find most of the records pertaining to my petitioners for child
support (I obtained the attached Family Court records from USCIS – not Family Court). Judge Prus' and Judge Sunshine's not making a sua sponte judgment that my husband defaulted after not appearing for
the preliminary conference. Judge Sunshine's refusal to declare that
my husband's divorce attorney Eugene O. Uzamere was in contempt of court for submission of a falsified affirmation claiming
that defendant is not my husband. Judge Sunshine's acceptance of
a counter-affidavit, emanating from Nigeria, that was not authenticated by the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria and the U.S. Department
of State's authentication division in Washington, D.C. Judge Sunshine's
refusal to commission a consular employee from the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria to ensure that the foreign counter-affidavit was
genuine in violation of 22 CFR §92.65. Judge Sunshine's act
of fraud upon the court with regard to his statement that “the opposition submitted by defendant (that is, the falsified,
unauthenticated counter-affidavit from Nigeria) raises a genuine as to whether or not plaintiff and defendant were married
in the first instance. Judge Sunshine's about-face decision in
which he declared that Senator Uzamere is my husband while still refusing to file contempt of court charges for perjury against
my husband and his attorney. Judge Sunshine's act of fraud upon
the court with regard to his statement that “Service of the summons, along with a request for preliminary conference,
a demand for a bill of particulars and a statement of net worth was effectuated upon defendant on October 11, 2007, by registered
mail...The defendant failed to interpose an answer in the with action, however, the defendant's counsel, Eugene Uzamere, Esq.,
did appear before Justice Prus on this court at a preliminary conference held on September 2, 2008” (refer to ¶7
and attached fraudulent affirmation from Eugene Uzamere). Judge
Sunshine's act of fraud upon the court with regard to his decision that I must AGAIN serve financial discovery demands on
my EX-HUSBAND (since the divorce was granted) Judge Sunshine already acknowledged that my ex-husband was served and that he
rendered a default judgment of abandonment. Judge Sunshine's act
of fraud upon the court with regard to his decision that I must AGAIN serve my EX-HUSBAND even though both he AND THE CITY
OF NEW YORK failed to accede to my request for discovery of his financial information for almost 30 years. Judge Schack's (via Judge Ambrosio's) correction of my order to show cause to effect person
service on the defendants -- including defendant Uzamere who lives in Nigeria, knowing that I cannot afford to pay anyone
to effect service in Nigeria (decision was overturned after I filed a complaint when U.S. Attorney Benton Campbell).
