| U.S. Government's discrimination
of helpless schvartze based on her status of having an incurable mental illness; U.S. Government's violation of helpless
schvartze's 1st, 5th and 14th Amendment rights to supplant constitutional and federal law with Talmud's prohibition
not report crimes committed by Jews to prevent federal prosecution of corrupt attorneys Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro for
their aiding and abetting immigration and identity fraud. |
Dear Mr. President: I have taken the liberty of addressing this correspondence to you, not only as the
president of the most powerful country in the world, but also as a leading expert in constitutional law. Attached to this
correspondence please find the lawsuit that I filed with the federal district court in the southern district of New York. I allege that Chief Judge Kimba Wood has exercised willful blindness with regard to the unconstitutional dismissal of my federal complaint, even though it is procedurally, factually and legally
sound. Furthermore, I allege that the federal judge who dismissed my complaint has illegally supplanted 18 USC §4 with the Talmud's prohibition not to report the crimes of fellow Jews to Gentile authorities to
prevent the prosecution of corrupt Jewish immigration attorneys Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro; and that the U.S. Constitution,
the vehicle by which helpless schvartzes like me can attain justice via the 1st Amendment's right to redress
grievance, and the 5th and 14th Amendments' right to due process have been derailed by Jews within your present administration
to ensure that your administration does not prosecute Jewish immigration practitioners who violate the rights of gentiles. As I informed you previously, I am a 30-year victim of immigration
and identity fraud that was precipitated by attorneys Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro on behalf of my husband, Senator Ehigie
Edobor Uzamere of Edo State, Nigeria to circumvent the IR2 sponsorship request that they previously made on their client's
behalf when he was a minor. As I also told you, my intent is to visit the White House or a federal agency that is presently
involved in assisting Allen E. Kaye, Harvey Shapiro, Jack Gladstein, Bernard Rostansky, Rachel McCarthy, Lynden Melmed and
others to aid and abet the identity fraud of my husband, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere of Nigeria. As 30 years have elapsed
without even one federal agency assisting me in spite of irrefutable proof of my allegations, I regret my eventual use
of non-violent resistance to attract your administration's attention.
Please remember the words of the famous case, The Amistad, 40 USC 518: "...these negroes are...entitled to their freedom...and were illegally detained...We may lament the dreadful acts,
by which they asserted their liberty...but they cannot be deemed...robbers in the sense of the law." I have now informed both your administration and visitors of my website
of intention to intensify my complaints by commencing the use of highly demonstrative non-violent protests to force your administration
to listen to me. After 30 years of oppression by Allen Kaye, Harvey Shapiro and now, members of your administration who are
intent on saving them, the only acts I have left are dreadful one. The legal ones have not worked. Mr. President, please stop the U.S. Government from treating me like a worthless nigger
like your Caucasian predecessors have done for the past 30 years. I am not asking for preferential treatment because I am
black. I am asking your administration to do its job and treat me fairly because I am human. Thank you for taking the time to read my correspondence. Respectfully,

Cheryl D. Uzamere
